燃料電池是一種將化學能直接轉換為電能的發電裝置。它透過氫氣與氧氣的電化學氧化還原反應產生電力,副產物僅為水和熱,具備低污染與高轉換效率等優勢,是極具發展潛力的潔淨能源技術。本實驗室致力於解決燃料電池中陰極氧還原反應(ORR)遲緩與貴金屬成本高昂的挑戰,專注開發低鉑與非貴金屬觸媒。在近期的突破中,我們成功開發出具備「奈米碗」結構的單原子觸媒(如Co-N5),並利用臨場光譜技術解析其反應機制;此外,我們設計出Pt2Ni4原子簇與鈀(Pd)奈米顆粒協同的核殼結構觸媒,以及基於金屬有機骨架(MOF)衍生的雙金屬觸媒(如MOF-199與Ni-Co CPO-27)應用於陰離子交換膜燃料電池。這些創新材料不僅大幅降低了對鉑金的依賴,更展現出超越商用鉑碳觸媒的卓越活性與耐久性。
